Imagine yourself standing in the middle of your fairgrounds or community centre, during the busiest time of your fair, and seeing the people, exhibits, animals, and the activity ....
You are an executive, or a committee chairperson. You've been working at 110% for the past few days, 12 hours a day. Before that, it was weekly meetings, phone calls, e-mails ... that seemed to start the day after your last year's fair closed.
You, and the others of the Agricultural Society team, have brought together hundred's of details, and dozens of people of all ages, to this place and time that is: Your Community Fair and Agricultural Exposition.
What you see makes you feel proud. The fair's just officially opened, and the public is looking at the exhibits, with their ribbons, stickers and rosettes. Kids are proudly showing their parents how well they've done.
